Water Parks after Thanksgiving?

I'm just wondering how many people plan on doing the water parks after Thanksgiving? We will be going Nov. 25th-Dec.2. Has anyone gone at this time and went to the water parks or plan on going? Should I skip this option?

Hi Lisa,

One of the water parks--usually BB--is closed from the end of October until around Christmas, so you will only have one water park to go to while you are there.

As far as the weather at that time of year, you really have to play it by ear as to a good day to go to a water park. You can get really cool weather or really warm weather, so be flexible with your plans and hopefully at least 1 day will be nice enough for you to hit a water park. We've done a water park in November/December/January, but have had to pick our day carefully by watching the weather.

We're going to be there from 11/24 - 12/2 and we're going to try to go to the water park (whichever is open). I'd prefer to go to BB, but my girls won't care.
