I am still trying to stay on the no Carb:rolleyes: I do great Monday thru Friday and then totally blow it on the weekends :sad2: This soooooooo sucks.. I have no will power anymore.
 
Tonight we are going for yummy Italian ! I haven't been good drinking my water today either ! This week was AF so of course I am retaining water like no one's business. I am SO tired of fighting these same 3 pounds.

I should be glad I am no longer gaining !
 

Morning everyone !! I didn't quite make my exercise goal this month. My final total is 570/600. I will try again next month !!

GOOD MORNING! Well, my weigh- in isn't great, but not as bad as I thought either.

I'm at 182.1 today. I was at 181 on Monday- LOL- but still, not bad.

How's everyone doing today?
 
Good afternoon friends! This week I am struggeling! I got off those appitite suppresents and I have been soooooo hungery. This week I will prolly gain back the 10 pounds I lost. Ohwell....Ill just have to start fresh next week!

Hope everyones doing better than I on there diets and I know I shouldnt be talkin, BUT..... drink your water Girls!

How is everyone's day going ? I did good for lunch and breakfast. Now we'll see if I can make it through dinner and this weekend ! I need to really sit down and plan out our meals for this next week.

Farrah - my echo came out fine. My dad has a heart condition that can be hereditary and I just Knew I had it. I was SO surprised when they said the echo was fine :cool1: Hope your's comes out ok! :wizard: Let us know!

I didn't meet my exercise challenge for May. I had set 900 minutes and ended up with 710. I know I could have done better. There were way too many days when I could have worked out and just chose not to. I will do better this month though!

My weigh in this morning was not bad. I am at 181.6 which is back down from last week, but still up .2 from 2 weeks ago :confused3 At least I'm moving in the right direction again.

Today was Horrible food wise :sad2: I ate out for lunch and dinner and did not make particularly good choices either time.
Tomorrow DH is having friends over. Not sure what lunch will be, but dinner is chili, so that shouldn't be too bad.
I am going to try to get some exercise in this weekend. Gotta get a good start on my 900 minutes for June! :cool1:

Didn't get a chance to get online yesterday but I did weigh myself yesterday morning before work. I didn't lose any weight, but I didn't gain any either. After Memorial Day weekend I was sure I was going to gain weight. I'm hoping this week to lose at least 2 pounds. I've been drinking tons of water the past few days and eating mostly veggies & fruits, so I'm hoping it'll help me out this week.
 
I'm doing so poorly on water intake. I was up slightly this week... 0.4 pounds. I have started keeping track for the last few weeks and have noticed a trend. If I'm up a little one week, I guess that reminds me to eat better and drink more water and I'll drop pounds the following week. I'd prefer to drop pounds EVERY week though!

I DID meet my mile goal for this week. This was the last week with my trainer and I mentioned to him I've been stuck at this plateau point for a few weeks now and not really dropping down much. He asked what I was doing for cardio and I said I dramatically increased my walking. He suggested I do something else for a change, apparently my body is too used to all the walking now. WOW! It really amazes me that in under 2 months my body is THIS much healthier and stronger.

Now, I have decided to try the instrument of torture called the elliptical. Remember I told you I could barely stay on for 4 minutes? I am now going to try to stay on it for 20-30 min for my cardio this week. :eek: I did it this morning, I actually stayed on for 30 min! I hardly used the arms, but oh well!

And...the best news... my size 16 shorts, that in Jan I was filling out completely and some... they are SLIDING down now! I had size 14s on yesterday and THOSE were too big!! I really don't want to buy new clothes until I'm at my goal weight. it's exciting my clothes no longer fit. :cool1:

Since Friday I have lost 2 pounds. I'm hoping this will be a good week for me. I didn't lose any weight last week (I wasn't expecting it w/ Memorial Day weekend). But after my splurge during the weekend I really tried to get back on track with exercise & eating clean. Seems to be paying off now...I hope it continues!

Congrats Becky on the 2 pound weight loss! I have avoided all scales since gettig off my appitite suppresents...I am sure I have gained cause Im soo hungery all the time now. I'll get back on track soon.

foxfire...I went for the echo today and my very good friend was the person doing the test...she said there might be a little regerge but nothing serios-thank goodness! It was a little uncomfortable...she had to push really hard into by breast--ouch:scared1: But glad its done and everything looked pretty good!
 
Ugh- I was wondering why it was so hard to work out on my elliptical for the past week. Found out today- it was stuck in like 8 or 9 gear (10 being the top). FINALLY slipped back into the normal gears so I could go through the different resistances at MY pace.

60 minutes done this afternoon. I'm wiped!
 
Farrah - now that you mention it I do remember that part being a little painful. :upsidedow sorry. Glad it came out well!

I've been struggling with my food lately but what's new :confused3 Exercise really hasn't been to great either. :sad2:

I did 25 minutes Saturday with some jogging thrown into the walk. It was a rainy day and I thought it had stopped. It started up again and I had to stop at 25 minutes and ended up pretty wet at that. I haven't done any since then. I probably should have done some today, but I got home late and am in a really Blah mood.

I'm stressing over work, cause I've got a lot to do and I'm going on vacation next week. I know that if I don't get a LOT done this week, then I am going to come back to a GIANT mess after vacation. As it is I'm afraid of what I will come back to even if I get a lot done :scared:

I have to do a road trip all day tomorrow, so I'm sure food will be bad! We are leaving at 7am and will most likely get back at 6pm or maybe even later :faint: So, no guarantees I'll get any exercise in tomorrow either.

Ack! Can I just skip this week and go straight to vacation. We are going to the beach btw, and just sit and chill and do NOTHING all week!! We even borrowed a TON of Disney movies from DMIL to watch while we are down there. :beach: :cloud9: :love:

K, well, Hope everyone else is doing a WAY better job of staying on track! Drink that water!! Eat Healthy! and Move those bodies! :cheer2:
 
Today has gone really well for me ! I am so proud of my will power so far. I just got done making the kids turkey sandwiches and I even held out from nibling on the turkey as I made the sandwiches !!

Hooray !! I have also been drinking my water all day ! Time to drink more !
 
Morning all... I am gonna stay on track all week if it kills me :eek: Yesterday was a good day.. ate good, walked at lunch and did 20 minutes on my eliptical last night.. I soooooooo want to get under 200 pounds:love: It seems I get to 204 then go back up to 207 after weekend binges :sad2: I am going to make it happen !!!
 
Keli- I know how you feel. Whenever I'm real close to a good number, I binge and go back up! WTH is up with that? LOL!

I did really good yesterday and hope to keep it up today!
