Yep, the whole reason this group started was so that we could indulge in free dining all we want without feeling guilty in September!

THAT being said- I'm feeling guilty.

Heh. I haven't been eating good- AT ALL. As in- IHOP for breakfast and Olive Garden for dinner. I blame my Mom for the Olive Garden- she wanted to go and I have a hard time NOT doing things with the family- including stuffing my mouth!

So I saw 179 on Monday- forgot to weigh myself this morning- will do so tomorrow morning ASAP- but I'm sure I won't see 179 again until next week.

WHY DO I KEEP SABOTAGING MYSELF??? GRRRR.

Oh, and my elliptical- it's ticking me off. It's still not shifting gears right and while I could do 100 minutes a day on it doing 5 different programs on it (so going through ALL of the gears- 1 through 10)- I have a really hard time going even FORTY minutes when it's not changing gears. WAAAH!!!

AND I'm blowing through money- actually, I'm charging things left and right *******************************************ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYYYUS and I try SO HARD to be good and pay off my cards and I'm just a mess!!!

Pet my head, someone, and tell me that I'll be okay :rotfl: It's the beginning of the summer stress- my Hubby doesn't work much through the summer, so *******************************************ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYYYUS we become poor- so I start CHARGING things versus just sucking it up and I start eating out MORE because we have less money- hope that makes sense to YOU because it's never made sense to ME.

Ok, I see you are all in the hundreds. I am weigh over the 100 lb category. I am losing weight again. Just so I can click the seatbelt on Southwest. I am so ashamed to say my weight. My goodness. It makes me feel so bad. Amongst all the other people who are featherweights here. Geeeeeez. Well, here goes nothing. Wait, do I get a prize for being the heaviest Diser? :lmao:

I will wait to post my weight to the OP of the board in a pm. I just cant do it, now. I can just imagine, the silence and shock of everyone when they read my weight. :confused:

It makes total sense to me! This is exactly what I do. I guess it is in my personality.... they say that it is anyway!!!! I am on medication for it because they say that it can stem from clinical depression. (at least in my case) I am not saying that you are depressed.... I'm just saying that's where mine stems from. It used to be that food and shopping would make me "happy" for the moment. NOW, the food thing is gone... so you can just imagine my shopping habit! LOL!:rotfl2:

Ok, so I did good last night. Went for a walk and actually skipped my nightly snack (something must be wrong with me)...but the scale still sucked this morning. 222.4..same as last week. Blech!

We will be there 9/13-9/19! We are going to Mojito on the 13th and 16th and MNSSHP on the 14th! See you there!!!!

Don't you dare feel bad.. "Happy" is a state of mind NOT the weight you see on a scale :hug: Besides, Disney does not descriminate and neither do we :grouphug: . About half of us are all well over 200 pounds..:scared: . What we are trying to accomplish is to just be a little bit healthier before the trip so we can at least be able to walk around the parks the whole day.

I just signed up yesterday (lurking for a while), but love the support everyone has given out. If you don't feel like posting your weight, don't. I felt that if I put it out there, it might make me work harder. I'm not in the 100's either.

Hey, I started this challenge close enough to 200 that I could have ate a piece of cheesecake and tipped the scale over ;) So don't feel ashamed- whatever your weight. We had discussions I think even before this thread started about our weights- it looks like a lot of us have seen a lot higher and a lot lower on the scale!

What matters at this moment isn't YOUR WEIGHT- but your frame of mind. I've said it before- I'll say it again- even if you just lose 10 pounds before WDW, that's 10 pounds off that will improve your health dramatically. Even if you lose NO WEIGHT, but gain some muscle- that's good for your health too!

We're all at varying spots in regard to our weight- I cannot believe I've managed to drop over 10 pounds since this journey began! If I can do it- you can too!

4 pounds- that's GREAT! Oh, I wish! LOL!

Okay- I'm setting myself a mini goal. By July 11th, I want to see 169. That's 10 pounds so it's a hefty goal- maybe it will force me back into my exercise regime! July 11th is my fifth year anniversary to my hubby- no, not marriage- but we started dating 5 years ago as of next month. Geez! How time flies!

Glenda, wow 4 lbs, what an accomplishment!! I would be so proud!

I will start exercising tomorrow. I hope to excercise at least 5 times a week. Until my vacay. I started eating better 5 days ago. More veggies, and fruits, no fried foods, only baked and steamed. Smaller portions, and lots of water. I think I may go over to this place called wild by nature for some organic things. You all have inspired me, thanks!! :goodvibes :goodvibes
 
Good late evening girls ! I went away to do a wedding this weekend and hurt my back something awful so I am pulling out of the exercise challenge this month. I will do what I can but i won't make it to my goal of 700 minutes. Last week i only walked one day. DH was in Mississippi for training and I just couldn't find time without him to give me a short break. I had good intentions of walking but I was either too lazy or our weather wasn't cooperating.

I have only had like 2-3 people PMing thier weigh in's so I think it's safe to say we are just going to be using this thread for support ! I think it's a great thread though !!

Last week with Dh gone I did good with my eating but hopefully this week will be even better since last week there was a little bit of cheating involved !

Ok, so this morning I got on the scale and it sucked...:confused: I'm up two pounds? What? In three days it went up two pounds? And I'm being really good and doing some exercising (with my two kids, that's the hardest part for me...finding time to exercise). Bleck!:confused3 :sad2:

I TOTALLY BLEW THE LOW CARB THING THIS WEEKEND.... I just *needed* the time off plan. I was only going to take one meal off and have a blooming onion from Bugaboo Creek, (friday night out) because "after all... take a look at that thing, there isn't hardly any breading on it!!!!"

Then, I went and had a cheeseburger melt and fries for lunch with friends, *heck, I need some carbs to jumpstart my system right?;)*

Then we did Outback.... chicken sandwich, and bloomin onion... alright, that one was full of breading.....

Then I went to a graduation party, and all the foods were pasta driven... chix ziti broccoli, lazagna, veggie lazanga (sp),

Then DH brought me home a huge roast beef from Kelly's with mayo, and onion rings and fries....

SO, after typing all of that out in a myspace message to CAT, I was so GUILTY!!!!! I can't believe that this is the way I ate EVERYDAY before starting on with you guys......

SO............I am going back on LOW CARB today. The scale shows a three pound gain... but I am not going to change my ticker or anything until Friday weigh in. Hopefully I can get it off by then.... maybe it is all the salt in the fried food! ;) :rolleyes1

Great Job to all who are sticking to their program of choice! So, Lori, do you want me to stop PM'ming you the weigh ins???? :confused3
 
Yeah Colleen just make sure to keep our little thread updated. And that doesn't mean anyone can stop posting. We still need the support !

I have a week with Hubby in Chicago- so I'm planning on busting my BUTT this week! Without him home, I have no excuse to eat fast food- hahahaha- so weight-wise, I think this will be a GREAT week!

AAARRRGGHH!! Kellys is my second most favorite roast beef place--First being HARRISONS of course!! Boy do I miss the food from back home:sad1:

Oh no!! That's what kept me honest!! Knowing that I had to actually tell someone what I weighed because one day I'd have to prove it!!
