Was I supposed to get a confirmation # or anything for my Confisco Grill reservation?

I just made our reservation for the character breakfast at the Confisco Grill for September. When I called to make the reservation, the girl who took the call seemed more concerned about her other line ringing than in helping me make the reservation. Also, she asked me for my credit card to hold the reservation. I didn't have a problem with that. But she never gave me a confirmation number or anything. Is that normal? I'm so used to dealing with Disny and the their PS system, that I wasn't sure if this was right or not.

Hello!

When I called to make my ressie for October, I gave the guy all my information along with a CC# and he said "Your confirmation is JAMES" , which I believe was his name.

I would just call to verify your ressie is still there and you should be fine.
