Hi! Would love some feedback on Goofy‘s Kitchen dinner options for a vegan and gluten-free guest. TIA.

Can’t comment on GF but we have always been happy with the vegan options. It’s not over the top amazing but we go for the characters and we never leave hungry. The menu can vary based on the season as well. I will be attending in mid October when were planning to go?

When I've been avoiding wheat I eat the fruit, vegetables, a few different meat options or fish. For dessert I have jello or pudding and they also have ice cream. I can't remember if they have any gluten free bready items.
