DrMom~ glad to hear you found a group to run with!
SarahRose~ Glad you like DL and have a toddler trip planned to go back- I enjoyed my days there in Jan.
I actually ran for the first time Monday. Our cross fit class did a running cardio day and my knee didn't hurt (except when I tried to go a bit faster than I should- evidently). Today I'm going to try to get at least a mile on my legs - even if I have to do it after class (or before? if I have time)

you're sprint walking is amazing! Well done!!! Hope you had a wonderful time in orlando for the event and raised lots of awareness and cash
I love the fact that we're back in winter training, why am I only fit to train in the cold, wind and rain?!?!?!
Unfortunately, I've developed hyperthyroidism as part of this pregnancy; I've been getting really light-headed and dizzy and overheating when I work out at anything more than a moderate walk, so I've been ordered to take it easy. My doctor is just watching my levels right now, and we're hopeful that things will work themselves out now that I'm in my second trimester. *crossing fingers* I ran the Goofy at 12 weeks pregnant with my son - it's hard to believe that this pregnancy is so much different!
