yes. the afternoon/wanyama safari is open to anyone staying at AKL/AKV.

For those reading, it's not open to kids under 8 years old. And yes, anyone staying anywhere at Jambo or Kidani can book it.

I just did this for the second time 2 1/2 weeks ago. I LOVED the tour (even though it rained). Jiko, however-just OK-the food wasn't nearly as good as last time. Some photos-

That first photo, of the "invitation"-I loved getting that invitation under the door the day beforehand.

I've done it and loved it and highly recommend it.

We did it a couple years ago and loved it. Sorry to hear the food wasn't as good as expected. We have always loved Jiko, but we have definitely seen a decline in the quality of the food there the last couple of trips. I'm blaming the DDP for that.

I highly recommend this tour. It is the closest you will ever get to exotic animals outside of Africa. If you enjoy photography you will love being able to take incredible close photos of the animals. They do have accommdations for people with disabilities so they can join in on the fun too!
