Any tips for the best way to sample multiple flavors and items? I finally have a Target event tomorrow after nothing but KMarts. I want to make sure I get it right! There are 4 flavors of water and two flavors of granola. Do you put out all flavors at once, or do you rotate them? I want some room left on the table for product to sell. Thanks!

I assume you are setting up in Food Ave at Target? If so, I use the orange 1/2 wall for display space for product to sell. That leaves your table open for sampling. I've always done all flavors at once. I pour a few cups of each & keep the bottom behind them for ease of identification for customers. You refill so quickly that the bottle won't have time to get cold. lol

This is sort of what I mean. This was the one I won the display contest on. lol

Thanks! I'm trying to picture in my mind if my dinky little Target has the half wall. Food Ave. is split with a Starbucks. Good idea keeping the bottles behind the samples. All the Cole waters look the same (clear) so that will help.

For the last week or so I've been checking the site and can't find any events in my zip code (48035). I even put as far as 100 miles away. Then a couple of days ago I received an email listing about 10 events that weren't booked (that were pretty far for me but would have showed up within 100 miles).

I don't get it? I received my table and everything now what do I do lol? I'm in Michigan if that matters...

Then a couple of days ago I received an email listing about 10 events that weren't booked (that were pretty far for me but would have showed up within 100 miles).

That happened to me in the first month I was hired and what I did was reply to that email that listed all the openings and said that I would like to work at them, but they didn't show up in my search (all for Super Target). They did something to change my account and then I began getting those openings.

If it's Super Target listed in the email, it seems like they are protective of that store with new hires, but if they have non-filled jobs, I'm sure they will add you in.

jeekosmom, I did a search using your zip code and nothing came up in 100 miles for me either.

Some of the people here work for SPi as well as TMT (another MC company), if one of the TMT people is around maybe they could give you the info to work for them also, it's possible that SPi may not have all the events for your area. It wouldn't hurt to check into it anyway. Just a thought.

Also, to anyone who did Zoic protein drinks yesterday, how did you do? I only managed to sell two cases. It was pretty boring and I was so glad when that 5 hours was up. does anyone know if we can book 2 events for the same day, with overlapping hours?

another event just came up for my area, on the same day as another event. the first event starts at 9 ends at 1. the second event starts at 11 and ends at 4.

i just called out there and they said you can double book, but you can't do it online. and that i had to email the request, which could take a few days to hear back.

anyway, i just checked again, and there is another event on another day that i just got.

i am going to disney dec 9th, and i need all this extra money. i am so excited.

Yes, I’m getting a little concerned with no instructions and no kit. Luckily, I’m a two hour drive from their shipping center so if anybody gets a kit, I would. Don’t imagine they’ll ship the Event kit until instructions are up. Hope this doesn’t get cancelled.
