Exchange voucher for tickets - RPR

I have a voucher for 3-Park 4-Day Park-to-Park tickets. 3 days at IOA/US and 1 day Epic. Staying at RPR. Last time I was at US (2019), I exchanged my voucher for tickets at a desk in RPR after checking in and getting my key card with EP. Can I still do that on my trip in Dec? or do I need to visit guest services at the park?

Will I get one ticket or will it be two tickets - one for IOA/US and one for Epic?

They have a desk in the lobby where they can print your tickets. I always do it there. (And at the other universal resorts)
