Want points. How does it work?

Do I call Disney to check on availability and then rent points? Not sure of the procedure. Thanks

That's one way to do it. Things change very quickly, though. You would need to contact someone to rent the points, which may take up to a week. If your ressies don't need to be for several months--and not at the holidays--I would work on getting someone to rent to you first. Part of the service is to have your renter check for you before he rents the points to you.

If you are purchasing an interest in DVC, you can call DVC to purchase the points. If you are looking at a one time rental, you need to find a member who can check on availability for you. As a non-member you cannot contact Member Services.
