Want 300-400 points for late Oct/early Nov

Want points for BCV, but am willing to compromise on the resort.....Possible dates would be Oct 25-Nov 2, but those are flexible as well. We just want to make sure we're there for around 10 days for Halloween.

Btw, I've never done this before (obviously) so please let me know if I've left something out or anything!
