Walt's Warriors (Team 7) Miles and Hours

Happy end of the week to you all.

Ran 5.2 miles outside today in 47mins and lovely light rain- no really i love running in the rain!

This week's total = 15.1miles 169mins.
 
WOw Roxy!! That's great time!!

I did 30 min of Pilates for Dummies right before this. Now off to eat my dinner, yum.
 

5.5 miles in 51:30 this morning.

I ACTUALLY got up early today to run. Took off at 6:10 a.m..


It was STILL humid as a freakin' sauna......................
 
Jim: I am hoping to be out by 6:15am in the morning for my 8miler to be back be 8:15am. I'm with you on the Freakin sauna thing. It also hasn't rained in a few days so the heat just builds up!!
 
Hmm i was out last night for a friend's leaving party and we hit the club at 22.30 (after a couple of bars :drinking1 ) and we left after 4 hours of solid dancing!!!! Please tell me this counts as cross training :rotfl:

I did 8 miles in 2 hours 30sec. Also include please 15 min that was warmup/down and stretching
 
Sorry, I have been super busy and have not been able to post my miles for the last couple of weeks.

Two weeks ago - 15 miles - 2:30

Last week unfortunately I got a cold and was only able to put together
6 miles 1:00.:sick:

This does not bode well for having a good Peachtree:mad:
 
Just got back from being away so I have a few days of catching up--

Thursday--realized I FORGOT my running shoes! NO! 1.5 hours cross-training. Played tennis as well for a total of 2:00 fitness time.

Friday--got in a 3.5 mile run in regular sneakers...ugh. Never again. With other exercise, I total 1:15.

Saturday--4 mile hike (up a mountain and back down, so some good work); 2 hours

Sunday--short bike ride with the kids (shouldn't even count it, but I am so low on miles this week I have to! :rotfl: ) 4 miles in 30 minutes.

So today I will be able to run again and I am nervous! Haven't had a "real" run in 6 days! :scared1:

Me, Jeff, DD and pup got out for a short walk yesterday. We were out for about 20 minutes - not sure on mileage yet.

I Just tend to post my miles and times as I do them, some will post them once a week.
Do what you feel comfortable doing. I'll let Carrie (our great Warrior Leader) explain anything else that you may need to know.

TODAY--8 miles in 85 minutes! WOO HOO! So much for being worried about the 6 days lapse. I also did a ton of other working out today (had to make up for those vacation days!), so I had a total of 2:55 for today.
 
Hi Warriors! Sorry I have been away so long but I am back for good!!!!! Today I began my training for the Portland, Maine 1/2 Marathon. My foot is still bothering me but I am determined to work through it.

2 miles 31.50 minutes for today

Sat - 10 miles on the bike in 1:15
Sun - 8 miles on the bike in 45 min and 3.7 miles running in 45 min.

Needless to say...I am having a hard time walking today!:eek:
