It's that time of the week again, so...

running and biking combined 90min, 12miles

Did 3 miles in 50min today during my racewalking lesson.
It was interested and I learned new things that I need to be doing .

Than off to El Mariachi's for dinner and a Margarita!!

Today I did Walk Strong which is a 2 mile workout and 30 minutes.

Wow, another week is done. My totals are, 15.8 miles and 249 minutes (4hours 9 minutes.

Ok my totals for this week weren't good, but they were 14.1 miles 142 mins (at least they're consistent!). Please tell me we still get double miles for races, that would make the blinkin freezin conditions easier to tolerate! (i know a few of our warriers live in proper cold areas, we're just not used to it!) Brr. Brr.
 
OK, so its the day after my birthday...I'm alittle late getting up and alittle sore from my massage, but out the door I went.

warmUp: 1/2 mile, 2min 40sec.
walk: 3miles, 44min 33sec.
Warmdown (including streching): 1/2mile, 13min 21sec.

We are doing great Warriors.... I love this team!!:yay: :dance3: :grouphug:
 
I'm trying to let my legs rest a bit. Nothing yesterday. Walked 2.2 miles in 40 minutes today.

There are some fantastic runs coming in.... 8 miles in 129.45 minutes blimey!

OK so over in England I did the 5 mile run the bridge this morning! I woke at 7.30am- opened one eye and peered out of the curtain to check out the weather..... broken cloud, no hail and not too windy. SO with that out of bed I hopped! For reasons explained in the race thread ended up jogging to the start which happened 3 mins early! Very odd.

The race had about 300 participants and was sold to me as a flat/downhill course- umm maybe if i'd run in backwards it would've been There were a couple of giant hills but mostly gentle gradients.

As you’ve probably seen I average around 9.30-10min mile so hoped finish time 45-50mins was possible. My nike plus was a little out as it thought i was doing 9.20 ish consistently for each mile (wish would've been great) although actually finished in 43.36mins! Absolutely made up. Was thinking of my wish buddies and warrier team mates all the way round so thanks for your inspiration and support guys! Now the focus shifts to minnie marathon

I did not get anything done today. Tomorrow I must make up for all the bad things I've consumed today.

For me... here's how things worked out last week:

I got in 2 miles (28.30 min) on Wed, 2 miles(28.30min) on Friday and 5 miles (1 hr, 17 min) on Sunday. I also did some XT on Monday, which I reported in and earlier post...

Hi all! I chose to run last night when we got home instead of updatign miles and hours. I'll do it to night.

The great news is I finally am well enough to run adn did 8 miles at a pace I ws very happy with. Yay! :banana:
 
I got 1.5 miles in on friday in 20 min plus another 20 min of XT. Nothing else to report, I was lazy over the weekend.
