Walk Around the World Bricks

Way back when we bought ours (I believe in '96) they sent a certificate and a map. We have gone to visit our brick 4 out 5 times since we got it. I take a picture of my boys with the brick on each of the visits. Ours in on the pathway alongside the monorail.

My 1st brick has moved but for the better. Well the last time I saw it, it was an edge brick that wasn't in a main walking path. I am going to look for it when we go in a few weeks.

Dw and I have one between ttc and the poly we visit it every trip

I will probably step on it when we go. We always take the path. There is a will you marry me brick in that path too.

Our brick is on the sidewalk that fronts the beach between the Poly and GF resort.

Our middle son has a brick along this path, not far from the luau. I am worried that it will be removed when the Poly DVC is built.

Wish Disney would give us the option of having bricks shipped to us if they are removed.

Those would be part of the sidewalk that fronts the beach, at least on the TTC side.

I'm suprised you don't have a color-coded map with lots of arrows showing each invididual brick to assist those trying to find theirs.

My husband of 11.5 years proposed through one of those bricks, we go see it atleast once a year when we visit. Originally it was on the walkway between mk and contemporary but now it's at the TTC under the automated ticket kiosk tent, so it is somewhat protected. The bricks are still somewhat organized by their number we are H22 063. (that might help if you have a number near it).

My husband bought a small acrylic version of our brick which was SUCH a good idea. We wanted to buy another one when we got married but by then they were discontinued (original brick was from June 2000, married in Jan 2002). I think they sold them briefly in 2007 and wanted to buy one then too but they closed up sales really quickly.

You know that's a good point, we didn't have the number the last time. I came across the documents while cleaning out some files and immediately put it in my vacation folder.
