Waking up Tink on DD's 8th birthday?

I'd like to have DD wake up Tink on her birthday - how can I make this happen?

I'd appreciate any tips!

Get there first!!!!

They don't take precidence in birthday or anything, you just have to be the first to ask. Head right to the castle when they let you in the park. Wait for rope drop there, wait on the left side. Tinks store is on the left side just inside of fantasyland. Go in and find the CM and ask...

When are you going? My DD did this with no problem on Labor Day weekend, but I'm sure it's harder during busy times! Like the previous poster said,try to get there first. Mabye have her wear a birthday shirt that way if someone else is there first they may include her,too. I didn't tell my DD about it so if it didn't happen then she wouldn't be disappointed. Something else that might help is to schedule an early character breakfast at one of the rstaurants in MK. This way you can already be in the park when it opens and ahead of the crowds, that is if you can get scheduled early enough to finsish breakfast before they let the crowds in. I haven't ever tried this so I don't know how easy or practicle this is, but its something to think about. Good luck!

Search for other threads on this they have pic. but basicaly you get to wave a wand and tink flies around the store and is displayed in the dresser through a keyhole (heard this part has not worked in awile) .

Doing the character breakfast now may not help - we woke up Tink on two different occasions, but we had early CRT reservations and when we finished breakfast we were "in" Fantasyland, but the last time we went to CRT they now have everyone herded behind the rope whether you got in there early or were dining.
