I made reservations for January at BWV but was unable to get a standard view for the whole four days. They booked me for the two middle days and waitlisted me for the other two. They also booked me at BCV for the extra days in case the waitlist didn't come through.
Yesterday I received the confirmation for two days at BWV and two days at BCV. Today I get another confirmation for one of the days they had waitlist me for. No mention of waitlisting or cancelling of the original reservation.
Is this how it normally happens? I guess I was expecting a phone call from MS. Do I need to call and check?
