I feel just like this today....

nice going glo!!!;) Was the car running? I did that once!!!

Ah, glo. That's too bad. Maybe your guy could be as cute as the one that helped me in chicago. :teeth:

dont you know your suppose to hide a spare in the bumper of your cars, thiefs dont know to check there yet

OK, I got my keys back...Nah, he was not cute at all :(
Yes, Tony the keys were in the ignition...went down to the car, and put the keys in the ignition, to charge the phone and listen to the radio in peace...
left them in there

Sounds like days that I have sometimes!!!

D'oh!

It's almost impossible to lock my keys in the car since I have to use the key to lock the door. I hope I can find that feature on my next car, or I will have to keep about 5 spare keys in various places.

I hate it when I do that.:o My ds tried telling me I did that this morning. Freaked me out. I went out to warm up the truck and came back in the house. He was the first one out there and told me the truck was locked. Actually all doors but the driver's door was locked. I forgot to unlock them all.:o I was so glad or I'd be sharing that dunce cap with you.;)

Dont fret Glo, you would not believe how much that happens! I get those calls all day long. How long did it take to get someone there? :)

My mom locked her keys in the car with it still running, and didn't even know it till she came out of Arby's.:teeth: She called the cops!:teeth:

That's so frustrating, glo. How long did you have to wait?

Been there...done that - LOVE MY CARAVAN!!! If I leave the keys in the ignition, it won't let ME lock the door. Now if I leave the keys in the ignition and someone else locks the other door - I'm sunk!!!! Haven't quite figured out yet why that matters but it's a good feature if you are the driver and no one else is in the car (I'm infamous for locking my keys in my cars!!!!)

hey, GLO, it's hard to have both BEAUTY and brains. Be thankful that you're looking pretty foxy;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ........

I've done that too, only one time I locked TWO sets of keys in the car, one in the ignition and the other in my purse which I had just put in the trunk. My DH hid a key for me, so now I don't have to worry so much about locking them in there.

I did that! Twice in one weekend! I never did it before and I haven't since. :p The first time I was at school using the library on a Saturday and when I left the building to head back to my car I couldn't find my keys (until I got to my car! ) It took the AAA guy about 45 minutes to get there. He played with the lock for about 15 minutes, broke the lock, couldn't unlock it and left!!! He left me there with a, "Sorry, I can't unlock it, I gotta get back to the station."   The security guard at the school called the cops and they had the door open in about 3 minutes. :p

The next day, Sunday, I went to the supermarket, got out of the car and as the door was shutting, I realized the keys were still in the ignition. Instead of calling AAA again, I called the cops. They had the door open in about 3 minutes. :p

Don't feel like a dunce glo, lots of us do it. I can't tell you how many batteries I killed by leaving my lights on before they started making "lights on alarms" for cars. :p

LOL Glo....why do you think I have an extra set of keys besides the one dh has of my car??
