Aloha told me she was a former VMK staffer.
I seem to remember a vmk aloha some time ago. she could have been a behind the scenes person.

The servers were down for most of the day trying to get them all to work together properly. Depending on what server you are logged in on, you may not see the other people in the room. You only see the ones on servers that are properly linked. That is why most of yesterday you could not see your friend list or find anyone else. We were pretty much alone in the environment. As for the current/former staff thing, who really cares anyway?
It is not like they are an influential part of the game, they are just helpful when you need something since you cannot reach the company any other way. And to all the people stuck on the building in Merlin world, or in the crate of apples, I am sorry I could not help you. I could not get my arms up to give you a hand. I was on the apple crate so I used it for a new speech, since it was as close to a soap box as I could find.
I think your underestimating how influentual the staffing choice was. VFK could have hired anyone, they chose to pursue the VMK staff because it gave everyone a feeling of comfort off the start.

Did everyone realize that this site is going to become a "pay to play" eventually? Go read the "Terms of Service" and check out the paragraph with the title "Registration and Subscription".
It appears that you will always be able to gain access to the site for free to chat and walk around, but in the near future in order to use the game in an unlimited way, you will have to pay.
Aloha was in my "Aloha" room the closing night of VMK. I had never heard of her before that.I seem to remember a vmk aloha some time ago. she could have been a behind the scenes person.

Idk, first Im tired of looking like Richie Cunningham from Happy Days and I can never find Sweet I figured I'd get on the VFK paint crew. So here I am at work.

Glad you are making yourself useful. Oh, I was thinking you were more of a Ralph Malph than a Richie Cunningham.

I was wondering the same thing. At least with Disney and VMK they were making money from us visiting the parks and buying the pirate VMK pins. With this new VFK site it has made me wonder with all of the work going into it and having old VMK hosts...that I am sure are getting paid somehow, how VFK plans to make any money in this venture. And I was wondering how they are going to fund it and keep it running forever as they state.![]()

But, as this is truly not even 1% functional, I think the pay-to-play aspect is well down the road.
Simple economics.![]()
But, my point still stands.
It is FARRRRRRRRRRRRR from being marketable for a pay-to-play game.
