virgin fly-drive pre booking seats

I have booked before with virgin holidays, for a package, and have been able to select my seats 330 days out. This time I am wanting to book a fly-drive only with virgin. Can you still select your seats 330 days out? Has anyone done this recently because I read something on the boards a few months ago about not being able to book seats with a virgin fly drive - I can't find it now!
Any help would be great thanks

I have got a Virgin flydrive booked for October and was able to pre-book my seats back in December

With Virgin holidays bookings it is the requisite number of days AFTER your return flight and not your outward one. I booked them online when they loaded them to Virgin Atlantic. Go to the manage booking and enter for VH ref *****/s** and your name, it will say it cant find it and to enter the flight number and date, this should take you in if they are loaded. You can then obtain your Virgin Atlantic ref or flight locator number so you get in 1st time without the need for the flight number etc
