Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

How long does it take for referral points to show up? I've referred 2 people so far, and I haven't gotten points for either.

I just started mid march but just cashed in 2 Target gift cards at $25 per card. So Total $50. Plan on buying Disney gift cards with those for my september trip!! :cool1: :cool1: :happytv:

My husband has not cashed in yet he wants the kindle fire. Anyone redeemed for that? Is it even worth doing it for all those points?

I signed into my ipod to get the bonus point s because my DD was away (i use her IPhone).
Now I can't sign into viggle on her iphone even though I signed out of the ipod.

Any ideas?

I emailed Viggle about my referral points. Here is what they replied:

Invite Friends points are issued in a batch process which is run periodically. When this process runs, you will receive an email letting you know your points have been issued.

Did you specifically hit log out through the viggle app, or did you just turn the ipod off? On your ipod you'll need to open the app, click on your account then hit the gear in the top right corner, then you will see a log out option.

I've been saving up for the amazon cards. Of course now that I have enough, they're gone. Can I use a target card to buy one like I did with the bet buy ones?

you can use target gift cards to purchase other gift cards at target. they are located near the books/ electronics. they have disney and some restaurants, i dont remember all of them ...

you can look online too and target has a whole bunch they offer there. I wanted Disney and actually have to go to the store for that.

Has anyone else noticed one hours shows are only giving you 60 points now? I check in every hour at the top of the hour and only been getting 60 :confused3

Yep, they reduced the points to 1 point per minute instead of 2. I think this was about a week ago? :confused3

I, like several of you, have also never received any bonus referral points and I think I've referred at least 4 different friends. Oh well - maybe they'll magically appear one day!

I'm waiting on BestBuy to come back in stock so I don't have to break down and use my 50,000 for Target - ouch! :rotfl2: However, I would indeed convert it to Disney but I'm trying not to do that now. I'd rather save for 37,500 at BestBuy and convert to Amazon. I'm just really hoping those points don't go up on us.

Ok thanks, I just noticed this the other day when I also noticed I have not been getting as many bonus points so my points are not going up as quick as they did. Oh well points are points and they are more than I had! :)

Would this work at Lowes? I was buying mulch with my Viggle money and saw that they sell Amazon gift cards and tons of others (but no Disney). I asked customer service and they had no idea, but they said they could try. So I might redeem $25 in Viggle Lowes money, try to buy a gift card to Amazon, and then buy a hedge trimmer if it doesn't work. If it does work, it would be a way to get around the lacking Best Buy gift cards.

Lowes cards are also sold out.

Viggle Support mentioned on Twitter that Lowes GCs would be back next week. They said that yesterday. :thumbsup2

Oh, something else we'll all be excited about: In the next Viggle update, they are including a points history log! It's so frustrating not knowing if all your points are actually coming in. Now there's no more guessing! :goodvibes

I don't recall when the new update will be out, but I hope it's soon.

Did they say anything about best buy?

Yes, Viggle Support said Best Buy GCs will return and will still be listed at 37,500 points. They also said that it's really more likely that Lowes will return before Best Buy....that doesn't surprise me. Here's why:

I've noticed a pattern over the past couple months...when Amazon and Target GCs show up again, Best Buy cards "disappear" or as Viggle says, "We just ran out." And then when Target and Amazon GCs run out, that's when the Best Buy GCs return.

My thinking is this: Target and Amazon $25 cards are listed at 50,000 points. Best Buy $25 card is only 37,500 points. If all 3 options were available at the same time, more than likely most everyone would go after Best Buy. So whenever Target and Amazon cards are in stock, Best Buy cards are nowhere to be found.

So now that Amazon cards are gone, everyone will flock to get Target cards. Once those run out, Best Buy GCs will return. How soon is anyone's guess. With the drop in points and low amount of ads, it might take people awhile to save 50,000 points for Target.

If anyone has noticed, the Target cards have stuck around a lot longer than last time. The last batch of $25 (at 50,000 points) were gone within 48 hours. It's been what? A week now, and Target cards are still here....
