Suggestions for Resort hopping meals

On my next visit, I'm going to have a couple non-park days while I wait for the rest of my travel party to arrive. I figure it's the perfect time to explore some of the resorts I've never made my way over to while I'm traveling solo.

The resorts in question I intend to visit:

• Wilderness Lodge
• Fort Wilderness Resort
• Coronado Springs
• Caribbean Beach
• Riviera Resort
• Old Key West
• Saratoga Springs
• Animal Kingdom Lodge (have been there once before to dine at Sanaa, but have not really explored it otherwise)

Any particular table or quick service places you'd highly recommend at these resorts while I'm making the rounds?

Boma and Jiko at Animal Kingdom are among my favorite restaurants anywhere. If you want to treat yourself and go to Jiko, see if you can be seated at the Chef's Table.

Wilderness Lodge’s Roaring Fork is a must do! Their bear claws go quick though, so come early!
