Viggle App: Get rewards for watching television!

Do you think they will let me combine the 10 I have into one gift card?

You could possibly combine the up to 6 into 1 and then the other 4 onto another, if the store even allows it. I wasn't able to find much info on the Slickdeals thread about the Footlocker cards.

CAn anyone tell me where you go to search for shows??? I see that people are searching for shows and then are finding ads there to click on. But I do not see where I do that search.

Thanks!!!

Yes, when ads are sparse it can literally take all day (and night!) to max out. Before I discovered those Gatorade ads, I used to smash 15 pointers all day! Now that's some dedication! :rotfl2:

Viggle has become more like work, but I really just want to keep it fun. The only reason I've been motivated recently was to get some GCs this week. Since I really don't need anything too quickly, I'll slow down my pace a bit.

I just need a small vacation from Viggle...not worrying when my check-ins are, not grabbing my phone to search for ads. But it's like I can't stop myself......"My name is diznee25 and I'm a Viggler." :lmao:

has anyone stacked foot locker gift cards? I guess I should have asked before I got 10 of them!! :confused3

from the slickdeals viggle wiki - they do not mention foot locker but cover many of the others....

Q:
Can I stack gift cards or exchange them for physical gift cards or different gift cards?

A:
CVS - unlimited stacking in store (not sure if there is a register limitation)

Barnes and Noble - can stack multiples (some report up to and perhaps more than $200 if phone order), can stack multiples in-store

Lowes - can not combine, can stack in-store and online to over $100 on single order

Papa Johns - can stack if choose cash option for payment, otherwise only 1GC per order

Chili's - can stack

1-800-Flowers - 1 GC per order

iTunes - Can stack onto account for iTunes and Mac App Store

JC Penny - 2 per order online, maximum 20 per order in store

GAP, Banana Republic, Old Navy - 5 GCs per online order, unlimited in store

Best Buy - stack using Pitch-In card (search the thread for "Best Buy (or BB) pitch in card.").

Heres the full list that does list Foot Locker from the Wiki on SD-
I know this has been said before, but can someone who's knowledgeable ab GC redemptions please put it in the wiki? I know there's a search function, but ppl will continue to ask until this happens. I'd do it, but I'm just as clueless & don't want to give wrong info.

To sum what I remember reading so far:

GC = gift card
eGC = online (e-) gift card
Kindle cards are sold at many brick and mortar stores & can be used online for anything on Amazon.

BB (Best Buy): Started cracking down on combining eGCs to buy physical BB cards online. Can still buy 1-to-1 online. If you want to combine cards or buy different ones, take eGC printout to store. DO NOT CALL BB to ask (post here w/ questions) as they may stop letting us do it in-store too?

Target: No problems yet combining/buying different GC w/ GC.

B&N (Barnes and Noble) - "many clerks will deny your attempt, but last time I tried, the system did allow you to redeem Barnes and Noble gift cards for some of the third party gift cards they sell."

CVS: Online official policy: "CVS/pharmacy gift cards cannot be used online at CVS.com, or to purchase any other retailers gift card or prepaid card that CVS/pharmacy may carry." In-store, they are stackable & some ppl have reported buying gift cards w/ them. (YMMV?)

JCP (JCPenney): Online, can only use 2 per order. In-store, use as many as you want.

Foot Locker: Can use up to 5 eGCs online. Can use at least 6 in store.

Hollywood Movie Money: May be able to combine multiple when buying tickets at theater, but YMMV depending on whether ticket person knows how to enter it (if enter it all at once, will take all certificates off total purchase).

Burger King: Problems getting eGCs accepted in store. Register eGC & physical card online, then claim as lost to get physical card.

I have never redeemed any points yet and was wondering:
1. do the rewards (i.e. target gift card) have expiration dates; and
2. I guess they email me the "gift card code", I print it out and bring the paper copy to the store to redeem?

This thing is so addicting.

In the upper left hand corner you'll see where it says 'featured shows.' If you click on that a menu will pull down. Click on 'search for shows.' :thumbsup2

The main searches that seem to work for everyone are nba, soccer, swimming. Those are the main places where you'll see Gatorade ads for 75 points.

Keep in mind that ads are random and are different for everyone. So one person may get ads under 'nba' but that same search will turn up dry for someone else.

Also search for nba. Anyone else having a problem getting credited lately? There is a really long lag time right now.

So I can just watch the same movie trailer over and over as many times at it will let me? I think I'm up to 1000 points just from one trailer?

You should be fine...most of my 5,000 points today have been from Gatorade ads. That's actually the ad that gives me the bulk of my points! :thumbsup2

I keep watching the same ad until it disappears.

How do you get those great Gatorade ads. I check on all the sports stuff and if I get one Gatorade ad every few days it is alot.

Anyone care to share how much they have made from Viggle so far? My DH and I have accounts, and we have made $423.50 to date (that includes an $8.50 movie tix). I was bored this morning and added it up. We are not hard Viggles, and probably average 5-7,000 a day.

Not shabby at all. I joined after Valentines Day and my DH joined about a month ago. Now I really should start Christmas shopping instead of feeding my Stabucks addiction...

Here's what i've gotten so far-
$150 in Best Buy cards (put towards a Kindle Fire just today!)
2 movie tickets
$10 iTunes card
$5 Papa Johns card
$5 Target card
$15 Chilis card

I agree with the poster above, i don't get many gatorade ads...and they are certainly one at a time except at 12:00am EST. Where are you looking? I know soccer, nba and swimming...and others?

Viggle has added some new rewards:

IPod Touch 375,000 points
Apple TV 210,000 points

Here are a few more tips that I hope will help, but I can't emphasize enough that the placement of ads and type of ads vary from person to person. There have been many days where I did not see a single Gatorade ad, but others were posting how they maxed out for the day! :headache: I know it can be frustrating!

1. Click on as many as the search results as you can. I know that the top 2 or 3 shows listed usually have the ads, but not all the time! Example under NBA scroll down to 'NBA All Star 2012.' This one has Gatorade ads sometimes. And again, it may not even show up for anyone else but me! So I suggest hitting all the results in every search you do!

2. I recently started doing this, but haven't gotten great results to post anything worthwhile....but do searches for all kinds of sports. I've typed in boxing, cheerleading, hockey, PGA golf, etc. PGA golf gets a lot of 15/30 point ads, nothing to scream about. The others listed have been hit or miss.

3. Part of getting Gatorade ads may have to do with timing. You'll see these ads mainly at midnight (eastern time), and again in the morning around 6:45am (eastern time). I tend to find more Gatorade ads 15 to 20 minutes before the top of every hour. (But again, not all the time, but it has been a pattern for me.)

Finding Gatorade ads is like playing a very dedicated game of hide and seek! Because it's different for everyone, it's so hard to help each other out. Even on the Slickdeals Viggle thread, they will post when someone finds a Gatorade ad, but then a handful of people post saying they didn't see any. :sad2:

It's almost like we're all on our own, but hopefully more Gatorade ads will come your way! :thumbsup2

Gatorade ads have been appearing under the Featured Shows tonight, (Shark Tank for me)! Only 1 at a time, but better than nothing.

I just signed up this week and have been doing pretty good so far.

I've been tapping 50 pt Bethany ads since 2 hours ago! They never end

I've been doing pretty much the same thing. I logged into Grimm and did back to back to back Bethany ads. I lost count of how many I went through. That went on for about 40 minutes than I had the gatorade ad then several 15 point ads. My luck has finally ended though after an hour. We'll see what happens with the next show.
