Video Game Deals?

Where do you find your best video game deals? Toys R Us has buy one get one 50% off, but wouldn't you know it.....the games are out of stock in our local store and only one is available online.

Any secret discount online stores you know of?

For new games, you are going to run into the same promo sale prices because the margin is so small for vendors. Right now, Toysrus has the best deal going. More game sales will pop the week of Christmas though. Historically, that is the best week for discounted games. Amazon is a vendor for Wal-mart, Target, and Kmart, so that is a good place to track multiple sale prices. They don't sell Toysrus products on their site though. Personally, I always look for pre-owned at Gamestop or Gamefly.com.

I have never had a problem with the pre-owned and they are normally 50-60% off new prices. The downside is that new releases aren't readily available for a few months.

I know how you feel, I want to get Batman Arkham City for my husband and can't find it under $50 most days. I wanted to get it on BF at Walmart but they only had 2.

If you have the Toys R Us ad, Best Buy will probably do a price match.

great! glad you got free shipping!! usually people on ebay would sell you the game for 8.50 and charge you 25 for shipping!!

Sorry for my double post, don't know how that happened. I have several games on watch right now and none of them have high shipping. Now some sellers may but the games I am watching are low shipping with 100% positive sellers. I don't buy from sellers that doesn't have excellent feedback. The game I won was a bidding auction and I just happened to be able to get it at that price.

DD is getting a Wii this year and I got some good deals at Kohls.com. They were on sale and then used a 20% off coupon and free shipping. Of course, their selection is somewhat limited, but worth taking a look.

As far as other games, toys r us is about the best right now. Last week I did score a Nintendo game I was looking for for $10 at Gamestop last week.

I ordered dd a couple from walmart.com. They had some 2 for $30, but I dont know if that deal is still going.
