Everyone seems to be anticipating all these negative outcomes, assuming one and two bedrooms will be harder to book, as well as some studios, etc. etc. I don’t think the sky will be falling at all. We found it difficult to book one bedrooms at seven months, so we bought there, and now book at 11 months. We always get what we want, and I’m assuming that will continue. Fingers crossed the point chart for one bedrooms won’t get any higher, since it’s already in the upper stratosphere.
And it certainly seems like it won’t be too hard to get a studio! Another
DVC building might even add a bit more shine to the whole resort too.
I wouldn’t buy any resale right now. I think those prices are due for a downward readjustment when VGF2 prices are announced, especially taking into account incentives for purchases for a higher number of points, which might be lower than some of the resale asking prices now.
