Vero Beach Reservation Without Points

For non-DVC owners, is it possible to get a reservation at Disney's Vero Beach Resort for Spring Break 2022? Any tips? Has inventory not been added for the public that far out? If not, when is a good time to check? Friends are not interested in renting points, and are finding no availability for next March (even though they are within 499 days). Thank you!

Unlikely. While Disney has points with which they can take rooms for cash, they take very few units at VB.

Booking for DVC units, even on cash, is 11 months, not 499 days. Disney have to follow similar booking rules as other owners.

If they want VB they will be looking within 60 days for breakage, or renting points.
