Vero and ROFR

Does anyone know if Disney has bought back any Vero contracts, and at what price?

DVD bought back my resale about 2 months ago. I had negoiated a price of around $59.00 a point, with seller paying 2003 maintainance fees. I would pay closing. I have since just bought VB from Disney. I wanted the 11 month window there for the cottages. I think VB is nearly gone in my use year, December. The guid said some use years there are getting low

I recently heard (within the past 2 weeks) that DVD did not exercise ROFR on a VB contract @ $61 / point. It's not a sold out resort yet, and the demand for it isn't all that high in comparison to the other resorts. I don't think that they're interested in adding more VB inventory.
