Kitty, I just made my son melted Velvetta (with a little milk) so he can dip some tortilla chips in it. It makes a great snack for a 16 year old!!!

Okay...this is weird. I just bought velveeta for the first time. Son had a request for nachos that they get at the place where he and grandma play bingo, lol.

Sooo, I got some. I have kids 7 and 8 and this is the first time. I grew up on the stuff,lol.

The taste sure brings back memories!

Bunco is a dice game - and an excuse for ladies to get together, chat, and have munchies!!!! My mom used to have Bunco parties - I would occasionally sub - when I did, I would always win one of the prizes!!!!

You could also make the scalloped potatoes with the velveeta...oh wait those are au gratin right? I get so confused.

I LOVE the dip for tortilla chips but I make it with finely crumbled up ground beef, mild salsa, and the Velveeta! I can eat the whole batch by myself....YUM! I love it in mac & cheese, too, but DH prefers the powdered Kraft mac & cheese!
