mix small size with 8oz. cream cheese by squishing between your fingers until it all blends together and is very smooth, add 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and blend through again. Form it into a ball, I sprinkle mine with a little paparika and serve with crackers...
It's easy and yummy!
In the betty crocker cook book there is a recipe for white sauce. You add half a block of velveeta to that and some white pepper and pour over boiled new rose potatoes and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. So fattening and soooo good.
I ground some turkey and season to taste
Add a jar of Salsa
Add the cheese
Combine in a pot (After the brown and drain the turkey from the skillet), heat on med. heat and stir the entire time. Then you serve with bread (french bread) or tortilla chips.
I put it into a crockpot with a couple cans of chili & pour it all onto french fries. They also make Velveeta in a reheatable bottle, so I put it on broccoli. Yum.
