We are traveling with a family of 7. Our Daughter & her boyfriend are vegetarians. Looking for mostly quick service options at all the parks, but any advice would be great!
Tangerine Cafe has a yummy vegetarian option (I turn into a vegetarian when I'm there, so I can get it). Also, the last time I was at LTT, I asked for the Colony Salad w/o the chicken and it was $10, cheaper than a salad at many CS places.
There seems to be more & more QS vegetarian options popping up all the time, so they should do very well. Be wary of dessert items...many have hidden animal products. But remember that they can ask for ingredient list for any item at the QS locations.
We love Tangierine Cafe as well. It's definitely one of our favorite stops in Epcot. We also find both Pecos Bill & Columbia Harbour House have good options over in the MK. And Satu'li canteen over at AK.
Magic Kingdom now has a pamphlet available at the entrance to the park that tells you all of the plant-based options for the park. Hopefully all of the parks will eventually have those, too.
My daughter is a vegetarian too. There are actually quite a few options and MK is printing a vegan/vegetarian food guide. We have a bit of an issue because my daughter is allergic to beyond products, but if you aren’t allergic, there are a ton of beyond products available around WDW, especially for TS. In addition, for TS, they can customize things for you off menu. If you search YouTube there are a lot of food reviews, especially for vegans, which is helpful even for vegetarians. I like Princess and the Bear for her vegan/omnivore food reviews. Also check out the Vegan Disney World blog and instagram page. Again, even if you aren’t vegan it’s helpful.
For my upcoming trip, i have checked a lot of menus and have found choices she will happily eat at most places.
