With the DVC Lounge at Disneyland opening tomorrow, do we think that the VDH may go on sales this week as well?

No. I still don’t think sales will begin for another couple of months

There will be plenty of points for everyone. There’s a lot of points and most contracts will be for 2-4 nights. Enjoy your cruise or maybe buy on the cruise if there are discounts!

The resale restriction really motivating me and my family/friends to consider direct as Hawaii is common vacation destination, even more for some then WDW.

The Grand Flo set was decent with its more classic styling, though I wouldn't have felt terrible about missing out on those either.

I can add that 300 points during presale for VGF brought it to $179 so 28/discount.

”Just got off the phone with my guide. He said he has the points chart and price per point at VDH but can’t disclose them. He emphasized that it will be very soon.”

Pricing: $217/pt
Incentive: Member incentive @150 is $15
Point chart: ~1 point per night lower than VGC for standard studios and 1BRs and 2 for 2BRs
First date for DVC stays: Sept 28

I think $217 pp, incentives starting at 125 pts. I'm thinking $5-$10 off pp. Opening saber day as cash stays for points stays.

ETA: point charts slightly below VGC by on average.
