VDH Opening

I get what you’re saying, and correct, I fly so for me actually potentially could be a better thing. for some reason prefer for it and transient taxes to all be included. I like to check out with zero on my balance. Maybe if those two things result in the lowest dues in DVC which remain low I might change my mind.
Having the transient occupancy tax unbundled is an unqualified win for VDH owners. If you own VDH and stay at VDH, you pay the same dollars as if the tax was bundled.

If you own VDH and stay anywhere else, you're paying less because there's no tax. (Or you pay the Aulani tax.)

Whether or not it results in the "lowest dues in DVC" is irrelevant. If the TAT was bundled, dues would be even higher.

My point is if they are not included, it should result in lower dues since it is included with VGC. I do appreciate your comments and perspective of how it could be advantageous for use at other resorts.

Maybe they will be offering better incentives…or, this Is so they don’t have to raise it later in the year when they will ultimately raise RIV and VGF from $217.
Possible... As it stands, the point charts are useful, as instead of leaning toward the 75 add on I anticipated, I'm looking more at 50-60...

I am glad I did not wait to get this. Although there is a chance that 7 months will be harder to get booked, I would rather have paid less for my AK points to get enough points for a few days at VDH

My only reason to buy is to hedge my bets on the 7 month being a challenge and since the ast majority of my DVC points vanish in 2042.

After all, 50 years from now, I'll be dead and buried.

I think that 2074 is so far out there. Many of the buyers will be much older population than when I feel they bought in 1991 for 2042, but I might be wrong in that conclusion. I know that in 2074 I will be well into my retirement
