I guess it depends on how you or why you vape. I vaped to stop smoking. I found that most of my habit was mental not physical. I started vaping, not with those create a huge cloud vaping units, I started out with the same nicotine as a cigarette and the next purchase I had them mix it with less and less nicotine until I was down to zero and then was able to just stop it easily and haven't used it or any actual cigarettes since that day in the fall of 2014. I get so angered when I hear people condemning vaping generally. It is almost no harm to anyone, in a secondary way, and was a very good method of help to quit smoking. Yet, instead of trying to find a way to help support those that were trying to quit, so many just starting complaining about it.
Now some of the chemicals are a problem, I realize that, but I found a very great way to quit smoking using a simple method that not only helps to end the physical dependance but the emotional dependency as well.
