ExactlyWhy not just use edibles and leave foreign substances out of lungs?

I just watched a documentary that highlighted how challenging it is to get quality control and accurate amounts of thc across edibles. Perhaps the doc was biased (I did not research their sources), but on first glance it appeared to show both sides, but it did highlight the lack of oversight amongst quality control in edibles and the challenges to keeping the dosages equal amonst every sample within an edible batch. It also mentioned how it takes longer for edibles to take affect so mentioned that people often overdose themselves because it is so easy to eat a handful of gummies, for example. Why not just use edibles and leave foreign substances out of lungs?
Really?I'm not trying to argue the issue.
Smoking marijuana is not nearly as bad as cigarettes. I'm shocked people really don't know this.
I’m an MD with a very strange job. I don’t treat living patients. If anything, I’d make more money if deaths increased. I have no agenda, only a great deal of expensive and extensive education that makes it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that vaping is far more lethal than cigarettes.I agree kids should not Vape, as to its much worse then ciggerettes, I dont know ? it seems like a scientist are over the place trying to push there agenda ( much like the media)
And you have resurch to back this up? Or is it just baised on your education? I can say that almost the same amount of people that died from vaping were killed on bicycles in NYC this year, so does that make bicycles much worse then vaping? It seems that with lack of evidence people like to jump to conclusions. Smoking kills many more then 23 people a year. Thats a fact. I know the year isnt over but , i think vaping is a long way off from being worse then smoking.I’m an MD with a very strange job. I don’t treat living patients. Do you have evidence that the majority of people in her profession would disagree with her?You have no agenda yet you just made a statement with absolutely zero evidence, and one that the majority of people in your profession would disagree with.

When recreational pot was became legal here last year, edibles were excluded for exactly the reasons you mention. They are supposedly being phased in but since all legal products for sale must be produced by government-approved facilities, I don't think very many are available yet.I just watched a documentary that highlighted how challenging it is to get quality control and accurate amounts of thc across edibles. Neither, exactly. Recreational marijuana is legal in Canada and is sold through private, government-licensed retail outlets. The only catch is that the products must come from government-licensed and inspected growers/production facilities. The cart got put before the horse and there are way more outlets than the approved supply chain can keep up with. Edibles were not legalized for sale initially but they have since been phased in. I don't partake so I'm not sure what the state of availability for them is - I'd guess it's no better than for weed. Are you referring to edibles at dispensaries or "off the street"?
A vape shop a few blocks away is now an oxygen bar. I really feel like those fun flavors were geared towards kids and teens who were not trying to break a nicotine habit, but starting one. Adults I know who are using them for the intended purpose don’t go for the fruity flavors, it’s not like tobacco tastes fruity. So many teens who start vaping nicotine move on to THC oils which are so much more potent than pot.
