The view from your room was so awesome...too cool for words! We got upgraded for our one free night too, top floor to be exact. However, we had a view of the Wedding Pavillion...it was very nice as well. I still can't wait to hear what ya got from Kris, but I have to say that I am most happy to see you posting again

I'm dying to stay at GF, but I always saw it as a honeymoon resort, it's the only time I can justify spending that much money I guess lol.

I totally agree, the GF definitely won't be where we stay on our anniversary trip next year! I would rather spend the extra money on food and buying stuff at the stores!

I also had them make a Christmas ornmanet using some of my leftover flowers, but I don't have a picture of it yet. These pictures are with the glass off because the program was flipping open when I got it, so they gave me directions on how to open the glass and to fix it. The frame is 18x20 and I think by the time everything was all said and done between the pick-up fees, having the custom size frame, and adding the ornament I spent around $750! But, don't let this keep you from getting your bouquet preserved; I added a lot to mine that increased the cost. They have basic packages that just have your bouquet that are reasonable. You can also just have an ornament or something done with some of the flowers. The ornament was only $65 by itself.

I think that's a great idea, plus it would be a lot cheaper because you don't have the preservation cost My mom's bouquet was silk and it just ended up in a box in her closet until her 25th anniversary. You might as well do something with it that allows you to display it.

Brad and I only got to stay at the Grand that one night...to expensive for our budget. That's why I left the flower preservation out too and I so regret it now. I also regret not having a MK photo shoot. Oh well, there's always the vow renewal I guess

I think you should definitely get a replica when you're down there next it's totally worth it. At least the MK shoot is something that you can do for a vow renewal or before your first anniversary. The GF was definitely way out of our budget too.

I didn't include anything for the Escape wedding, since it was "impromptu." No invitations or anything like.

The web site turned out fantastic! I love the colors and all the great info for your guests. We did a tea at the Gardenview Tea Room the weekend of our wedding and all the ladies had a blast. We even bought hats to wear for the event
