I've read that if you're dining at V&A, you get free Valet Parking during your dinner. What if you're also staying at GF?

ie. If you're at the parks all day, when you come back to the hotel, can you Valet Park, get changed, eat, sleep then pick up your car the next morning? Or is there a time limit on the free Valet?

I don't know how it works with V&A dining, but I have the tables in wonderland card, and when I used valet at GF the other day to eat at the GF Cafe, I just had to show my dining receipt when I was ready to have the car brought around after eating.

No. If you show up in non-dining clothing they will treat you as a regular parker. Similarly, if you try to recover your car after the restaurants snd lounges have closed for the night they will assume you are an overnight Guest. And if you are staying at GF they will charge you for valet parking for all nights.

If you valet park there for V&A are you allowed to leave your car overnight? We think we may well have drunk too much to drive home but could pick up the next day.

Thanks for the info! Regular parking it is.

Interesting question about drinking though from the PP. Doesn't apply to me, but curious to know what people think WDW's stance on that would be.

I bet it would be $12 valet parking for all but the dining day??

If you are going to drop $300+ on dinner for two are you really sooo concerned with a small parking fee. Don't drink and drive and just consider the parking fee part of the evening.

Thank you :)

I may be being a little sensitive but I thought your answer a little rude Princess. I wasn't intending to drink and drive, and my question wasn't about that. We never ever would. We were simply trying to find out whether we COULD leave the car overnight as it was genuinely something we didn't know the answer to; we have never used valet parking at WDW - last year we got a cab to the GF and back again. We were trying to work things out around our schedule for the afternoon, and the next day, and decide what would suit us. And just becasue we "drop $300 on a dinner for two" doesn't mean we don't think about the cost of things at all. After all, most people "drop" lots of money for their WDW holiday, yet still have to budget and be concerned about prices when they get there. Thanks for your advice though.

I don't know about overnight parking, but one of the nice things (especially since it was SO COLD the night we were there) is that they will call for your car and it'll be waiting for you before you get there. It was really nice not to have to wait in the cold!
