Using a TS credit for CS?

I know I've read this before but I can't remember the answer.

Can we use TS credits for CS? We're going for free dining so I don't really care about the money factor. I'm looking at our last day and I think we're going to be sick of food by then. I know ADR's are tough to come by this late in the game and thought we may play it by ear and just eat where ever...

I've read two conflicting reports about this. One says that you can request a conversion of TS credits into CS credits, on a one-for-one basis, at the front desk of the resort. That's the one that sounds most plausible. Another reports says a couple of CS eateries will accept a TS credit directly. I haven't read any confirmation of that.
