I was at Disney as a child. My family is more USF/IOA inclined. I'd like my kids to at least get a taste of the mouse (no pun intended).

Will going to Downtown Disney fit the bill?

I really don't want to spend hundreds of dollars, but I will part with a few. :earboy2:

Thanks!!! :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

You coudl spend time at DTD and dine there, or go to any of the resorts and dine there. We dine at the resorts often, as the DTD restaurants don't have much that we like. 'Ohanas is great, California Grill, Chef Mickeys, Boma, Jiko, etc. You can dine at any of those without entering the park.

www.allearsnet.com has all the dining menus.

got to the MK and pay $8.00 to park. go to the TTC and take the monorail to the different resorts and look around. then go back to the TTC and take the epcot monorail for a spin around the park. then go to DD.

I agree with Immelman, just going to DD will not give them the full Disney experience. Take them to MK, ride the monorail...all that fun stuff :wizard:
