How wonderful! I am so excited for you! What a great way to celebrate being cancer free! My cousins family took their daughter to Disney after she finished Chemo so I know it is a great place to celebrate! Enjoy every minute of it! And tell Mark you will bring him back a present so he isn't too sad you went alone!

Before i forget I wanted to thank everyone for all the nice comments about my girls. A fellow Dis friend made their tunics-they turned out really cute!!!

I was absolutely thrilled when Kathy decided to join us. It will be such a fun surprise for the girls. And it will be nice for me to have another very helpful adult around!!

We have already had a change-a resort one. Since OKW has 2 beds in their studios it seemed like a better choice. Kathy and Mark enjoyed their time there and it will be a first for us. And that way no one is sstuck on the couch for five nights. Now we need to start thinking about dining!!

First I have to comment on your spectacular news Kathy! It's so very exciting and wonderful and perfect and well deserved! I can think of no better place to celebrate your cancer free success, really I can't. It's perfect! How great to meet up with those sweet girls and Mary again too. Boy, you are just a grandmother in training! Tell your handsome boys to hurry up give you some grandbabies, you're just made to have them! Ugh, I just realized you said you're returning the end of January! That was when we were supposed to be going again with my in-laws but my fil isn't doing too well and we canceled it. I could've met the famous Kat!

Back to the slew of updates I've missed...

I love all the animal pictures. What a fabulous resort AK is, right? I can understand your melancholy feelings leaving such a place but at least you weren't leaving Disney property. Now that would be cause for sadness.

Mark and his hats! Now I have to know, does he initiate all these hat wearing escapades or is it you because you know the picture will be adorable??

Bummer about missing the railroad show at rope drop. We saw it for the first time in January and it was great! Well, now you can try again in January. Perfect excuse to return to Disney, really.

Oh my, Cayley and Avery are so beautiful and sweet! What a treat to have had CP breakfast with them, you all look like you had a grand time together. And yes, that picture of Avery looking at you is priceless! I imagine a caption of something like "are you done lady, seriously, I have a Mickey waffle with my name on it" Loved it. And Cayley eating Mark's banana! These girls sound like soooo much fun, no wonder you're excited to go back with them.

Such a great start to a MK day. Looking forward to more!

Oh my goodness, another trip! I had a feeling it was going to be another trip, but not 100% sure. You go girl!! I was actually going to be going those dates and staying at OKW, but changed my mind. I want, okay, HAVE to see the Christmas decorations so left my dates as they are. Don't worry about flying alone, it's a piece of cake. Been there done that many times and doing it again, soon. Drugs help and so does grabbing some random stranger's hand or leg when ya need to. LOL!!! I am thrilled for you, Kathy. And how wonderful that you are celebrating five years, cancer free. Congratulations! You ARE a survivor.

Kathy, I am so excited for you! I can't think of a more deserving lady to celebrate such a HUGE milestone in her happy place with some of her favorite gals (Hey Nicki, get your buns up to WDW that weekend to up the fun lol)! We have been that time frame several times and it makes post Christmas blues and winter blues really lessen up. I love SSR, its a great resort and I think you'll enjoy it. BLT, I am jealous!

I checked on AKL for our two nights in March and due to the fact its spring break, it would be over $1000 for two nights. Even with a code, due to the high season, I don't think its happening. Oh well, in a few years Dan and I will be able to travel off season again and can try out some of the deluxe's we have yet to try! Our day is coming !

I did get the job by the way, its going to be a huge help to have me back working at long last.

Tim, it was kind of sad, but we still had five days to enjoy the parks so that helped. I hate NOT being there on time or even a little early.

We were all proud of Cayley; Mark and his Eeyore.

Thank you again for being happy for me going back to Disney. Mary is a sweetheart--I've fallen in love with the entire family (even Jeff who yelled at me today ). We were at Saratoga Springs and BLT, but we've moved (explanation later on).

Hi, my sweet Molly. Yes, I know you are used to those boys -- Marv and Timmy and their rare updates.

Yes, I guess I am a "grandmother" in training (but those boys of mine better hurry up...I'm not getting any younger. I don't think I'm famous, but I do hope one day I get to meet the very sweet Molly.

I would say that 75% of the time, Mark gets the hats himself. I'll have him pose the other times. But he truly is a kid at heart and loves to play.

CP with those girls was the perfect start to our day.

Well, as Mary mentioned, we've changed resorts and now I have to go and change my ticker (tomorrow...I'm too tired tonight).

Mary thought it might be better to have two beds as opposed to a bed and a pull out couch for five nights. So she moved us to Old Key West. I know I haven't gotten to that part of my TR yet (it's coming in the next update or two), but we loved it and it so quiet and peaceful.

I've not discussed it with Mary, but maybe we'll do a PTR after we both get our current TR's done. Stay tuned.
