Upgrading 10D to AP and not mess up FPs

I'll be getting 10Ds with my room reservation but then want to upgrade one or two of them to APs.

At 60 days out I'll be making our advanced FPs for all 10 days.

If I upgrade mine to an AP on our first park day will I loose the last 2 days of my FP reservations? (because only 7 days are allowed with an AP if I understand right)

Should I wait to midway through the trip to upgrade?

ARG. That won't work either! One of the reasons I'm upgrading is to get get the TiW for the whole trip.

Since you have a resort reservation, nothing should change unless they do something wrong.

Split stay. Only day 1 onsite.

If I didn't upgrade all 10 days would still be there.

I hope my upgrading my and DDs to APS won't make us lose the last 2-3 days of FPs.

Maybe I'll upgrade BEFORE we get to Florida with IT holding my hand.
