wdwstar, we've changed our plans & now will NOT be at the BW for December... instead, we will be at the VWL from 12-18 to 12-24, I see there is a fourth tree started for VWL!??

We are the second people to get the VWL tree #2. I would be glad to donate a set of lights for the balcony that can stay with the tree for the rest of December.

One question, how do we actually swap the tree? Is it left somewhere for the next person!

i believe that last year the trees were left with the bellhop/ luggage with the next familys name on them. when the family checks in they should inquire from the bellhop/luggage about a tree box with their name on it.

Has there been any interest in starting a BWV #2 tree? We'll be down 12/13-12/17, and I'd love to be able to have a tree in our room for our first Christmas visit!!

We will be staying at the VWL from the 30th of Nov and leaving on the 7th of Dec and would be very interested in getting on the tree list. My DS and DD would be so surprised if they saw a tree in "Their" room

If we make the list. Do we just turn it in at the Bell Desk ? or take it to the next room ?

Wow! Great job keeping up with the list.

I have a question though for the SSR tree. Is ShaneV going to be bringing a tree? It still states maybe. sstjean has put their name down for donating a tree if needed. Just wondering who will be bringing the 1st SSR tree? I would love to house either one @ SSR during our 5 night stay!

Just thought I would try to get more clarification on where the 1st SSR tree is coming from.

We'll be at OKW 1 bedroom Dec 18-24th and would love to have the tree and pass it on....I think those dates are still available at OKW.....we'll be waiting for info of how to pass the tree!

Our Grand Gathering will be at the BCV from Nov 27 to the 30th. Perhaps we can fill that open slot for the BCV tree, if it works out of course. This is a cool idea.....thanks.

Oohh...and then we'll be at VWL from Nov 30 to Dec 4, if tree number three becomes official and has an opening..........

Unless I'm missing something, looks like Niagra2 is bringing the OKW tree on Thanksgiving, but there's no defined date for Niag's stay

If that's the case we can bridge any gaps between T-day (we check into Home on the 27th.) and the 4th when we go home.

How about a VWL tree?

We will be at VWL Dec 23-27 and would love a tree for xmas for the kids. Even if we got it on Dec 24th that would work.
