So an update to my BB saga. As mentioned before I have 3 accounts with different emails, phone numbers, addresses, and CC's. I purchased one card on two personal accounts on Monday. I tried on the third account and got the "thank you for your order" but never received another email but when I checked my BB order status it said the order was canceled. I changed the first 2 accounts to business accounts and tried for 3 on both accounts on Tue but received the dreaded canceled order on both accounts, I then tried for 2 cards and then 1 on each account but kept getting the canceled order emails. On Wed I tried for 1 card on each business accounts but also received the canceled order emails. I tried the 3rd account (non business) again yesterday using my cell phone off wifi for one card around 2p and finally received the digital card at 10a this morning. I tried each day buying in both a regular and incognito browser except for the first day.
So it's now almost 24 hours since my last purchase and last canceled order email on the other 2 accounts. Might wait another hour and try again.
