Same! I just tried a few times and no go.

I'm actually self-employed and technically am a business lol. I thought maybe because I didn't want to use my business account email, but tried both that and my personal. I wonder if it's because I don't have my own domain? and BB sees it as a personal account?
I lied. 🙂
The problem seems to have been with my phone number. I have no idea why but once I changed my mobile # to my home #, it went through OK.
 

In total I've done 3, 3 card BB orders on my biz account. 2 orders the first day, skipped a day, 1 order today. I'll try another bunch later today.
 
Yesterday I forgot I was supposed to get 2 more DGC at noon :crazy: But 2 went through fine at 10pm. Now I have to set an alarm to remind myself to buy 2 more after 10pm tonight. Heading to DL in the morning!! Have a great weekend everybody!:smickey:
 
So an update to my BB saga. As mentioned before I have 3 accounts with different emails, phone numbers, addresses, and CC's. I purchased one card on two personal accounts on Monday. I tried on the third account and got the "thank you for your order" but never received another email but when I checked my BB order status it said the order was canceled. I changed the first 2 accounts to business accounts and tried for 3 on both accounts on Tue but received the dreaded canceled order on both accounts, I then tried for 2 cards and then 1 on each account but kept getting the canceled order emails. On Wed I tried for 1 card on each business accounts but also received the canceled order emails. I tried the 3rd account (non business) again yesterday using my cell phone off wifi for one card around 2p and finally received the digital card at 10a this morning. I tried each day buying in both a regular and incognito browser except for the first day.

So it's now almost 24 hours since my last purchase and last canceled order email on the other 2 accounts. Might wait another hour and try again.
 
Just to verify what was reported RMN limit is 7 transactions a month per retailer?

*NVM...I just saw it on their site. I guess after 7 will try Rakuten.

I did three orders in Dec when they had this same sale.... First order tracked and was approved, two others never tracked at all.

So far all the orders this time are just showing I made a purchase, not that they are tracking yet. YMMV is very much at play here.
 
Speaking of RMN, it's not letting me into my account. I can't log in at the moment, maybe it's down? Anyone else have this issue rn?

ETA: odd, I couldn't get into any of our three RMN accounts but if I reset the password, it's fine.

I did 3 orders around the black friday time at RMN. All approved. That was the first time I had used the site.

Now my past 6 BB orders are so far not tracking at all. It definitely is a crapshoot.

BB has some pretty good fraud stuff for identifying duplicate accounts so it's not terribly surprising this isn't working out, they might even be IP tracking. Sometimes households with multiple legitimate accounts will even trip cancellations with them due to this.
