How do you get the Discover bonus? Is it only certain types of Discover cards? I've had my card for nine years and never seen anything about a bonus. Thanks.

I'm still confused despite the other replies. I've had the Discover It for many years and have never seen any additional bonus either...just the rotating 5% categories. I have a gas bonus on a Chase card, so I guess I won't call but IDK.

Same rule applies on all CC's, offers are Targeted mainly through emails. Double Check: spam, make sure you're signed up to receive promotions. Call.

Someone once posted to stop using the card, if you have automatic payment - remove it., but this isn't necessarily true.
I wish I could post a magic button but there just isn't one.
It's also been mentioned Discover has scaled back their bonus offers, well IDK about that because we're not targeted as often.

Earlier this morning I was a little miffed at DS, he drank all the milk and left me with nothing for my coffee.
In April Kroger had a few manager specials, you know the red sticker deals. I bought 4 gallons of 2% organic milk for $2.43 or .34?? and 3 - dozen organic pasture raised eggs for $2.75 each. Made 3 quiche pies, 2 batches of pumpkin dog treats, 3 batches of Cheddar broccoli soup, froze all and then made chocolate pudding and tapioca pudding. With the leftover milk I decided to can it in my pressure canner. I think I overheated it a bit as the milk came out slightly yellow. Now that I know it works just fine I'll definitely be using organic whole milk. Anyway, glad I have it in stock.

Oh, I just got back from Kroger and they had organic Valencia oranges 4lbs bags for $6 but there was no price tag to be found. I asked the produce manager who was very apologetic, and he re-bagged mine for .99 each! Woot!!!! They are super ripe, not sure when they arrived but I plan on making orange juice with them and freezing it. I could pressure can that as well but...nah. Oh, right, I bought 3 bags!
