Any recent Flair airlines experiences?

Last posts about this are close to 2 years ago, so looking for recent experiences.
Looking at flights from Orlando to Toronto in February 2026, when flight prices tend to be high.
Have never flown Flair - I know it's a budget airlines, and Ok with paying for luggage and carry on if the prices stay that much lower than AC, Porter or Westjet. More concerned about reliabilty - i.e. their tendancies to cancel for non-weather reasons, if so, rebooking processes etc. I know there are always factors for individual days, but would appreciate hearing general experiences including those who have had no issues at all with them.

Personally, I would never fly with any of those young airlines. They are the ones that tend to go under and halt operations without any notice. Even Swoop didn’t survive and they were started under Westjet.

Can't comment on Ontario routes, but we fly Flair between BC and Edmonton every couple of months and haven't really had any issues, or at least nothing worse than we've found with any other airline. Ironically, we have family that fly the same routes and are loyal to Westjet for some reason and they've had nothing but problems with their trips including multiple cancellations and terrible customer service. But that probably says more about how bad Westjet has become instead of how good Flair is.

Would I book a $22 Flair flight to send my teenager out to visit Grandma for a couple days on her semester break? Sure, just did that yesterday. Would I fly Flair on an international route they only run two times a week to arrive the day before a cruise or for an important family event? Absolutely not. But then again, I don't know if I'd trust any airline that much these days.
