I know... She tends to cackle... Dh says she gets it from me.. I dont see it.

It is deceiving, isnt it? I think they do that just so you will take them home from the hospital.

Ok I just looked at Morgan's calendar and BOTH of the weekends are taken by a competition and a convention. Not sure what to do now. I was going to upgrade to an AP but if I am not going to go to the ladies only its a waste of money since I will probably only go to DL for 1 day in June since we are going to WDW in November and I would rather spend the money there and have a kick butt 10 night vacation.

Wow, bet they can't get away with that sort of thing today! I remember having a male teacher in 4th grade, I think it was, and we had some rowdy boys in that class. They got to wild one day, and the teacher grabbed one boy by the front of his shirt and slammed him up against the wall (so his feet were off the ground), and he yelled in his face. We all , and that boy quieted right down!

My girlfriend and I had a HUGE crush on that teacher, but I was always a bit afraid of him after that.

That's terrible!! I don't care how angry you are, that's just horrid. I don't blame you for being a bit afraid of that teacher. I would be too!

I went to a private school and it was Christian but they were VERY strict. If you picked a measily little leaf off a tree or bush you would get punished. That's how strict they were. One thing I didn't like was that if you were caught throwing away food and it wasn't finished (for whatever reason), the teachers on lunch duty would make you pick it up out of the trash can and finish it. I know that rule of "Haste not, waste not," but that's just gross!

Oh, bummer. You must be getting pretty excited about that trip! I read yesterday that your sis and her family can't come because of her DH's health and finances, that's too bad. I know you were looking forward to seeing them. And having help dealing with your mom.

Hey, pixster! Sorry, I was off reading another thread. And now I need to get some pants on DS3 (who just woke up) and head off to pick up DS7 from school.

Hope your work day gets better! And if not, well... less than 2 more hours, right?

I'll try to get on the DIS tonight. That was so great last night to catch up with Andrea, she sounded GOOD!

Sorry - I guess I should explain the pic.

When we were in Utah DH was at the bird show, and I had to find a way to entertain the kids (and driving to DL was out of the question). There was a wildlife museum across the street - so I took the kiddos there. When I saw the hyena in the kids free play area I couldn't resist - I had to get the pic. The expression is no act - she was scared to death of the thing!!!

(Not sure if I spelled that right - but it is really hot sauce). DS stopped his tongue sticking out in a day and a half. That is really one of the few things he will respond to)

I have been checking out a bunch of Hotels for the ladies only Meet... It looks like The Desert Inn and Suites is a pretty good deal! For 4 nights, a room with 4 Queens, and a sofa bed, and 2 baths come out to $690.90... If 4 people go and share a room, It comes out to about $175. PP THAT my friends, is a good deal!

hey staley have you ever stayed at that place??? Andrea has and she said its ok if you really are on a tight budget but its not the best place to stay...hojo isnt going to have entertainment rates???
