DUH!!! Okay, Im really having a stupid day. Instead of getting a group rate! Am I making sense yet?

my favorite was... Who put a freaking tree in the middle of the driveway!!!! AHHHHHHHH... TURN THE WHEEL!!! I AM!!!! and then the crunch.

We have happily killed two road signs -- in the same winter. Hubby turned the corner and we slid into the island.

BUMP Watch the sign slowly bend and fall backwards.

Laugh opur heads off and thank our lucky stars that ti could have been much worse.

Hubby also told me he spun out in the middle of a street, and naophter car did at the same time.
They narrowly missed each other -- each facing the opposite way of where they intended to go.
Looked at each -- stunned by what happened and both took off as if nothin had occured.

I tell ya, hubby has some "cat" in him.. he's gotta be on life number 5 by now

Several of us have already booked. We looked into a group rate at CCI but it was too risky because if we fall below the 15 room requirement, we just have to go with the current best rate at that time, and who knows what that could be.
So each person or group, is responsible for making their own reservations.

Okay... Basically, we would need 15 rooms for the group rate. Right now we have 13. If we DO get it up to 15, and then some one bails, we are at the mercy of whatever the going rate it for the hotel at that time. So Beth said that we should just forgo the group rate, and let everyone book there own room. So, I have one booked... So we just need one more. Does that make sense?

okay dokey.. time to quiz the group and decide what we want ot do.. do we want cozy and cheap? or a bit more cashola and everyone gets their own bed.. hmmm decisions decisions.

I read on the CCI site that they only have adjoining rooms for the Deluxe ones. Just something to think about.
