Unlimited admission/2 Parks available to Canadians?

I am planning a trip to WDW in October and we want to go to US and IOA, THE UNLIMITED ADMISSION/2 PARKS, seems like the best deal out there, but I read it was only for sale US only. Is this true? Anyone shed some light? If this is the case I won't be going to US or IOA, I can't justify spending over $400 for one day...ugh

If you are talking about the $80.00 online ticket, I did not see anything
about only U.S only. best deal going. You could call just to make sure.

Nope, take it from me, the Canadian, the tickets are good for everyone. You can also just go to CAA and order them or use Air Miles (they are around 650 points for the 7 day pass).
