OK, so I was reading that you can't take any sort of carry-ons and such onto some of the rides and must use lockers. Is there a way to get in line together on these rides, but then step aside and let part of your party go while you hold the bag and then hand it to them when they get back and you get on? Like a baby swap of sorts? Or should I just leave the camera at home for day one, ride what I want and then bring it on day 2 for pictures and not ride any of the rides?

Mary

The rides that require lockers, such as Men in Black, have the lockers at the entrance or closeby to the ride. They are free, and only takes a minute to drop off what ever cant be brought on the ride, then get on the line.

I understand that, but I don't want to put my camera in a locker for someone to steal. I don't leave it anywhere. If I have to go to Walmart and it's with me, it goes into Walmart. And, unless the lockers are a significant size, the bag won't fit anyway with all my lenses that I would carry for shots I want.

Yes, the lockers are the answer to your question.. go to the lockers, put your stuff in for a few mins (totally free), then get your stuff right back after...

If you don't want to leave the camera in a locker, I suggest doing a separate camera session. The lockers are most likely large enough since entire families will put their stuff into one locker -- back packs included. There isn't a bag swap room though. There are large lockers in the front of the parks with a key if that would make you feel any safer.

Ahh.Ok.

In that case, the lockers if Im not mistaken, use fingerprint or palm tech.Might be CC.I dont remember off hand.
Its not like the old ones that have a key,or a group locker. Its totally safe. When we pick up something from the lockers, one of us will stand in front of it, and the other will open it.Theres different sized lockers, that can fit small suit cases.

You can't do a baby swap for bags. If you're worried, then don't take the camera. Another suggestion is to go to Lost and Found at the park. They can do a bailment for you and the camera will be safe there. Just explain your dilemma.
