Undercover Tourist Questions

Finally got my shipping confirmation this morning.. BUT get this! DBF and I ordered our tickets separately but to the same apartment, because he's neurotic and strange. WELL he ordered his after mine, and his shipped yesterday, shipped overnight FedEx, he chose standard shipping. :rolleyes2 that boy gets all the pixie dust, while mine shipped later with standard shipping, sounds like an accident on their part, but now I'm wishing I'd done overnight! Haha :rolleyes1
 
Ordered mine on 2/23 and received them yesterday with standard shipping. I linked them on MDE - very easy!

I didnt think you could make Fastpass reservations with offsite tickets until you arrived at the parks?

Staying offsite is the issue, not tickets from a broker. Tickets from an approved Disney broker can be purchased and linked to MDE so you can make FP+ reservations before going to the parks. However, you need to have a resort reservation to be able to do this.

If you are offsite, you can still link your tickets, but cannot make FP+ reservations until you arrive at the park.

Although that may be changing...
 

anyone still not get there tickets. I ordered 2/23 got a shipping notice 3/5 and the tracking link they sent me says they have been sitting in orlando since 3/7 with an expected delivery of 3/8. So I called UCT just to see if they had any other information that I could not see, and was told they see the exact same thing I see. I have ordered many times before without an issue. I am not in dire need of them, I just hate knowing I should have something and it still not be here
 
Ordered on Feb. 23rd and asked for free delivery by March 20th. and received them today March 13th.

So excited to use them. :)

Ordered on Feb. 24th, got "your package has shipped by USPS First Class" email on Mar 11. Electronic shipping/tracking info shows that the electronic shipping info was submitted in Daytona on 3/11, accepted and processed in Orlando on 3/12, and departed the sorting facility today. It says I should expect the package on Saturday, March 15. Fourteen business days since day of order, with delivery on the 15th day. We'll see...
 
I ordered mine on 3/6.
It is now 3/27 and three weeks later nothing. No email, no tickets. I called last week and they said they were shipping this week so not sure what is going on but its making me nervous. I'm now past the 15 business day mark. Unfortunately this is messing up my fast pass + as my window opened on the 13th.
 
I called UT on Monday (3/24) to ask about the order I placed on 3/5. She said they were going to start working on orders from 3/3 and 3/4 by Tuesday 3/25, so mine would be worked on shortly after that. Works for me, but they are definitely cutting it close to their 15 day policy.

Call them back and ask for your ticket number. That way you can do FP+ before you get the tickets.
 
I did ask them for the numbers and now they are saying I have to wait until I receive my tickets? They never even shipped them so they fed exed them today but won't get here until Wednesday - a month after I ordered them!
 
I ordered mine March 12. In the past I have gotten them Super fast. So if the 15 day works out I should be getting mine next week. I ordered them for a Mom and Daughter trip next year so I have time I just have had super quick service in the past even with the 15 day policy. I always got the tickets well before that.
 
I ordered my tickets on March 14th (Friday evening).

I sent an email to them this morning.

They replied back quickly saying:

Your order will ship out today or tomorrow. We are sending it 5 day priority mail.
You should have by next Friday.

I can't wait!!! Looking forward to booking FP+ online as I'm staying off-site and was informed that I'll be able to do that 30 days before my trip.

Less than 5 weeks to go... Going May 1st - May 8th!!!! :banana:

I'm guessing they are getting slammed with orders. I had to send a follow-up email when the 15-day window came and went. They overnights them to me but when I got them, they were for the wrong number of days from what I ordered. (I ordered the Universal 2-Day with a 3rd Day Free. They sent plain 2-Days).

We ran out of time to re-fedex new tix bc of our departure date; so they faxed a reissued set of correct tix to me. Now I have to go to guest relations and hope it works to exchange them for real tix AND pay to send back the wrong ones so I don't get charged for them. I think it will all work out but it's extra stress I don't need and I'm less than impressed considering the rave reviews UT normally gets.

Wow that's terrible! This is the first time I have used them and I have not been impressed. Since their 15 day policy came and went for me as well, they should have overnighted the tickets but instead it will take another 5 days. You shouldn't have the burden of giving back the tickets they messed up on! I'm also disappointed that I was first told I could have the ticket numbers to do my fast pass and now they tell me I have to wait to receive the tickets. When I wrote back that this wasn't what I was told previously - I received no response. I was hesitant to use a third party to begin with and this wasn't a good first experience for me.

I received another email a few minutes after the email saying they were going to ship them today or tomorrow.

The newest email said that they have shipped them today and they provided me a tracking # for USPS! :banana::banana::banana:
