Shopping was very successful -- I got a good amount of stuff, including some things for Charles and Katie. I got Charles a couple of Domo-kun things in the Japan store at Epcot. I got Katie...oh, darn, I can't tell you what I got Katie...
I'm not sure what we're doing today, because it's up to Kailyn -- we are celebrating her 17th birthday today!

It needs to be a surprise! I will tell you that I found a really cute keychain for Patrick, it has his name on it normally and in Chinese and a tiny dragon on it. It's quite hard to describe but I liked it. I even considered getting one for myself because there was one with my name spelled right, but I didn't. I'm going to pick up the birthday button for Kris ASAP, so you'll be getting a package from me before your trip!Nope...doesn't work that way

Maybe she will let you know what I ended up getting for her when she gets the package. I rode with Christine, and only jumped/squealed when the stupid heads popped out from behind the tombstones. We heard a couple of muffled screams from Kailyn. She and my mom rode right behind us, and we heard, "pssst...pssst...MEG!" from Kailyn as we were turning sideways, and then my mom said, "oh, Christine's on that side!" Turns out that my mom was hoping I was where Christine was because she wanted the opportunity to reach over and grab me and scare me. After that, Christine and her mom headed to their ADR and we headed to BTMRR, because we had Fastpasses! We watched Wishes after, and witnessed the sweetest thing EVER! Katie knows about it but I'm saving it for the TR. 
We rode Space Mountain afterwards, which I hadn't been on in years, and I was dying to see the refurbishments. It was SO much fun! Kailyn had never been on, and asked me what it was like. I had a hard time answering because I hadn't been on in years and they had refurbished it. 
As we were starting to move, all I could hear was, "Meg, Meg, Meg. I'm scared. Oh, Meg. Meg, I'm scared. Ohhhh, Meg." 
I wish I could have gotten it on video because it was hilarious. I got to meet up with Christine (Tink9721) last night when we went to MK after Chef Mickey's! She and her mom were going to ride HM and since we were heading that way, she asked if we wanted to ride with them. We had a very lively group in the stretching room.

Sounds like you are having an absolutely wonderful time, Megan! The story of Kailyn in line for Space Mountain cracked me up -- that would have so been me, but I would have bolted long before riding it.
It has been an amazing trip and a great do-over, though! I've never been on Space Mountain....that may change in August...if I don't chicken out!
Oh the suspense, I can't wait to hear what was "the sweetest thing ever".

We didn't actually get to meet up with them that night; it was pretty crazy when they were there, and Jamie had to work the next day, so they didn't stick around MK for too long. I really don't blame them -- it thinned out when we were getting there at night for the EMH, but when we were there for the KTTK tour, it was absolutely insane. 
We are having a blast! It's starting to hit me now that tomorrow is our last full day, especially since I don't know when we'll be back.
Enjoy your last full day! Do you see some of the refurb going on at Pop? I've just seen pictures of the new stuff, and it looks great! Katie, maybe you can ask her on text message, since she may not see regular internet today.

I haven't seen any of the refurb going on, but I haven't really been looking, either. We saw them painting by our room, which is something I think they do pretty regularly, so I don't know if that counts. I'm really excited that you will be getting a nice, new-looking room when you guys go! If you're on my Facebook, you probably saw that we got to ride Dinosaur twice, Primeval Whirl/Hurl once, and Expedition Everest THREE TIMES! 
All of those times, except for the last time on Everest, were with Christine. It was an awesome DIS meet and I really hope we get to meet up again at some point. 
My mom, Kailyn, and I each got a few. They are super cute and I'm really, really excited that we actually got some! Katie mentioned something about posting my souvenir pictures ASAP so she didn't inadvertently buy me something that I had already gotten, so I'm already really excited about taking pictures and posting them. I'm also really excited about finding homes for my souvenirs in my room. 
Luckily they don't close until 7 on Fridays, so we'll hopefully be home by 5:30 or 6 and I can get in my car and rush to pick him up. I'm hoping to start my TR as soon as possible, but just a warning -- I didn't take notes or anything, so I'll be going entirely on pictures and memory. Since Katie will still be doing HER pre-trip by the time we get back, I'll make it obvious when I post an update about my trip so there's no confusion. 
. Their flight takes off around 12. She is hoping MCO has free wifi so she can upload some pics to Facebook. They are supposed to be back in Hartford around 3 (I think) and then home around 5ish...then she has to rush to go pick up the fur-baby. Hopefully we will get a quick "hello" before heading off to relax for the evening.
), but mostly I've been relaxing...I am so tired! I'm not going to bed yet because I'm picking up Charles from work so I can see him for at least a short time. After that, though, I am crawling into bed and sleeping for many hours. 
It's all very strange to me because I've never had this issue. Originally, I thought I lost all the 1900 PF ones (because those were the first ones I realized I couldn't find), and I texted Katie very upset. She correctly pointed out that maybe they were all in different folders. A couple of hours later, I was able to text her and tell her that she was right, and that I was just slow and overtired. Tomorrow, once I'm more conscious and have more patience, I'm going to upload the rest of the pictures to Facebook, like 1900 PF, Chef Mickey's, and the DIS meet with Christine (I still have yet to find all these on my computer, but I know they're uploaded, because every time I try to re-upload, I get something saying that I'm uploading duplicates. Well, where are they?!) 
But, before I do... We're home!!!!
We made really good time -- we were a little delayed leaving, but we ended up getting to the airport just a little bit early, around 2:45 or 2:50. We were on the road by about 3:30, and home just a little after 5, when I ran inside, dropped off my suitcase, grabbed my car keys, and went to pick up Caesar. I've unpacked a little bit (meaning I've found places for my souvenirs and sorted out Charles's and Katie's
I'm hoping to get my TR started ASAP, but I'm having major picture issues. All of my pictures somehow ended up in all different folders, so I need to weed through all the folders and find them. I uploaded a lot to Facebook and I'm hoping to upload more tomorrow, once I figure out where they are.
I'm off to get Charles, and then crash for hours upon hours.
Katie leaves for Disney World three weeks from Saturday!!!

YAY! And I am sooooooooooo happy that you found your pictures! I was so sad for you when you texted me they were gone! I can't believe we leave in 3 weeks. I have way to much stuff to get done....Next weekend I am in NYC Friday-Sunday, so I will probably upload a few pics from that
I wish we lived closer so I could help you get stuff done. That could be a double-edged sword, though; I'd try to help you get stuff done, but we'd probably end up talking the entire time and not doing anything productive. I definitely want to see any NYC pictures! Welcome home, Megan!!!
